With tracks off Drake’s soon to be released album, Take Care, already breaching the Billboard Top Ten before the album release we can start to visualize that the YMCMB crew may be passing down the torch. Business strategy, fate, who knows, but Drizzy’s following and musical output can now be put along the same lines as his master, Lil Wayne. As Weezy approaches 30 (now 29), his glamour will no longer contain the same Young Money swagger it once had. We can view this as Drake, now 25, overcoming the natural tale of time, replenishing the YMCMB motto (with counterpart Nicki Minaj, now 28, drawing in the female market). Ultimately, the growing YMCMB business will grant Lil Wayne enough money to live to old age in immense steadily growing wealth. He has accomplished his ultimate goal, and soon Dr. Carter can sit back and hope his Young Money farm team raises another YMCMB star into the majors. - S.R.

MTV’s Hottest MCs In The Game: #9 Wiz Khalifa (Video)
Well MTV just can’t make up their mind on who they think is hot. This list continues to draw more questions to the credibility of MTV with Hip Hop and today bothers me as well. In picking the number 8 spot, they chose to move Big Sean up from 9 and replace him with Wiz Khalifa. Come on now, who was the one who headlined the tour with the two of them this past summer…..Wiz. Who’s banging Amber?….Wiz. Who’s hotter in the game?….Wiz. MTV you fuckin suck!!!

I really can’t consider this list to be credible because of the exclusion of J. Cole, but they ain’t stoppin. The retards over at MTV let go the 9th Hottest MC in the game today……none other than G.O.O.D. Music’s Big Sean.
The biggest part of Big Sean’s rise over the past year has been the unwavering support of his fans. While he’s signed to a major label (Def Jam) and one of the brightest stars on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music imprint, it was those fans mobbing him at the Adidas store in New York and superstar supporters like Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj hopping on his debut album, Finally Famous, that propelled Sean to #9 on MTV News’ Hottest MCs in the Game VII — his first appearance on the list.

“We’re gonna do the G.O.O.D. Music album first; we been working on that. So, me, Kanye, Cudi, CyHi, John Legend, Common, Pusha T, everybody on G.O.O.D., Mr Hudson: We’re all working on a new project; it’s almost done. We’re going to London to finish it up and do the last part of it and working on my album at the same time with ‘Ye and everybody.”
